Data we store
We do not store personal data through this website. We do not run user accounts on this site, and we do not keep a website database of visitor information.
If you email us at hello@ralexlab.com, the details you provide are used only to receive and respond to that message.
Application subscriptions
Users can subscribe and unsubscribe to Ralex Lab applications, access lists, product updates, or related services where those options are offered.
- Subscription details are used to provide the application, access, update, or service requested.
- Unsubscribe controls are provided in the relevant application, message, or account flow when available.

Contact messages
When you contact us, you may choose to provide your name, email address, topic, and message. We use that information only to reply to your enquiry and handle the conversation you started.
We do not sell contact details, add you to unrelated mailing lists, or use your message for advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics
This website is designed to work without storing personal data in cookies. If we add privacy-impacting analytics, tracking, or cookie-based tools in the future, this policy will be updated to explain what changed.
Third-party services
Some Ralex Lab applications or infrastructure may rely on service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, authentication, or application operations. Those providers process information only where needed to deliver the requested service.
Your choices
You can ask us to confirm, update, unsubscribe, or delete information connected to a Ralex Lab application or direct enquiry by contacting hello@ralexlab.com.
We will respond to privacy requests within a reasonable time and may need enough information to identify the relevant subscription, application access, or message thread.

Orbit: Countdown Widget
Orbit is a countdown and home-screen widget app. It works without an account, and Ralex Lab does not receive your countdowns, photos, or usage data.
What stays on your device. Your countdowns, widget designs, reminder settings, and any photo you choose as a widget background are stored on your device. Photos are read only when you pick one, and the copy Orbit keeps never leaves your device except through your own iCloud account, as described below.
iCloud. If you turn on iCloud backup in Orbit, your countdowns, settings, and widget photos are written to your own private iCloud container under your Apple Account. Ralex Lab has no access to that container and cannot read its contents. Turning the setting off stops further syncing.
Notifications. Reminders are scheduled locally by your device. No reminder content is sent to us or to any third party.
Purchases. Orbit Pro is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes the payment and we never see your payment details. We receive only the aggregate sales reports Apple provides to every developer.
Network requests. Orbit requests a small pricing file from ralexlab.com so that plan prices can be updated without an app update. That request carries no personal information and no identifier.
No tracking or advertising. Orbit contains no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no software development kits that collect data.
Deleting your data. Deleting a countdown in the app removes it from the device and from your iCloud container on the next sync. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device. To remove the iCloud copy, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Account Storage, and delete Orbit's data. You can also contact us at hello@ralexlab.com.
Children. Orbit is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
