Applications and subscriptions
Ralex Lab applications may offer subscriptions, access lists, trials, updates, or service-related notifications. You are responsible for keeping your subscription details accurate and for using any account or access credentials carefully.

- Application access may be changed, paused, or discontinued as products evolve.
- You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse Ralex Lab applications unless we have given written permission.
Content and intellectual property
The Ralex Lab name, website content, designs, logos, product concepts, application interfaces, artwork, and written materials belong to Ralex Lab or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt them without permission, except where allowed by law.
User-provided content
If you send us messages, project details, application inputs, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You give us permission to use that content only as needed to respond, provide the requested service, operate the application, or support the relevant project.
Payments and services
Paid applications, subscriptions, workshops, products, or project work may have additional terms, pricing, invoices, cancellation rules, or written agreements. If those additional terms conflict with this page, the specific written agreement or checkout terms apply to that paid service.

To the extent allowed by law, Ralex Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website, applications, subscriptions, or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Orbit Pro subscriptions
Orbit is free to use with one countdown and one widget. Orbit Pro unlocks unlimited countdowns and the full set of designs, and is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Free trial. New subscribers to the monthly or yearly plan receive a seven-day free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.
Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings, by tapping your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
Lifetime. The lifetime option is a single purchase. It does not renew and is not a subscription.
Refunds. Purchases are made through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. We cannot issue refunds directly.
