Within.Your body can feel different from one day to the next.
With Within, our paper menstrual cycle tracker, you can record your daily experience in just four words, and look back across your cycles over time.
Close at hand.
Within folds to 10.5 × 21 cm, ready to rest beside the bed. Each evening, write four words about your day and circle how it felt.
Your cycles, side by side.
After a few cycles, unfold it and look back. Twelve tracking pages, six on each side, bring your observations together so you can notice what changes, what returns and what stands out.
12 pages of noticing.
Each tracking page has space for up to 35 cycle days. How long Within lasts depends on your cycle length and how you use the pages.
A few moments each evening.
Energy, emotions and symptoms shift, and they’re easy to forget. Four words each evening keep them. Your daily observations stay on paper, with you.
Everything you need to begin.
The accordion tracker, a simple guide and Four Words a Day inspiration, a Cycle Notes sheet, a red and black pen, and a personal note from the founder.
Four words.
Your energy, emotions, symptoms or anything that feels relevant to you.
Its own space.
A new page for your observations, with a Cycle Notes sheet for reflection.
Unfold and look back.
Your experience is your own. What you notice, and what it means, belongs to you.
Our first product on paper.
Ralex Lab brings together technology, connection and creation. With Within, we're bringing that care into something you can hold.
From the brand and print design to its website and shop, Within is built around a small daily habit and space for reflection. A ritual, a witness and a tool: a moment to check in, a place to hold your words, and a way to look back across your cycles.
